STRUCTURE KIROV JSC is the largest company within the holding. It consists of the following divisions: Professional Tools, Construction and Mining Equipment and Auto Equipment.  Professional Tools division specializes in the import, sales and service of professional electrical and hand tools, welding technology, fixing equipment, woodworking and metalworking machines. Construction and Mining Equipment division specializes in the import, sales and service of earthmoving and construction equipment. Auto Equipment division specializes in the import, sales and service of automotive equipment, with majority of the products being manufactured by BOSCH. 

KIROV Holding Company is a shareholder in the following companies:         

TRCS, Plovdiv Ltd. : The company and Palata 5, both are purchased by KIROV JSC. They are located on Plovdiv fair’s territory. Also, they will continue to work in the fields of advertising. 

AKRIDA Ltd.: manufactures high quality furniture and doors for home construction. Managing director is Miglena Georgieva. 

ALFATEX Ltd : a middle size textile factory specialized in the weaving of fine dress shirt fabric and production of clothes, Akrida is the only company of the Kirov Holding that is firmly rooted in the textile industry. Outstanding quality has won a significant number of export contracts with Max Mara being one of the largest customers. CEO is Mr. Daniel Jordanov. 

KIROV Entertainment Ltd : founded in 2002. It owns one of the most attractive cafe-bars in the capital. 

KIROV Compressors Ltd: the company specializes in the import and sales of compressor equipment. It is exclusive distributor of INGERSOLL RAND, for which Mr. KIROV has been a representative in Bulgaria since 1986. Managing director is Hristo Tzalovski. 

KIROV Trans Ltd.: the company was founded in 2004 for internal transportation purposes.

KIROV Trans provides timely deliveries to our clients, stores and service cars.  

MANAGEMENT  

Kiro Kirov is a former racing driver and competitor and holds a sports master title. He holds a MS degree in Machine Engineering from VMEI, Bulgaria's leading Technical University as well as scientific associate degree in technology of the automotive industry. He is a Chief Executive Officer of KIROV JSC. 

Ivan Kirov studied at the Golden Gate University in San Francisco and later transferred to Webster University in Vienna, Austria where he earned his MBA degree.He is a CEO of KIROV JSC as well as he manages the Marketing Department. 

Kosta Bassev holds a MS degree in machine engineering from the Technical University of Sofia. Currently, he manages the Department of Construction and Mining Equipment. 

Julian Milev holds a MS degree in Economics and International Trade from The University of National and World Economic  He manages the Department of Professional Tools.

Apart from the regular stores, KIROV JSC has introduced seventeen show rooms all over the country.. These centers include a show room, a store and a service center all at the same location.

In total, across the country there are 17 showrooms, 11 service centers and 9 service centers specifically for construction and mining equipment.

The after-sales support is one of the top priorities of KIROV JSC and the 11 services centers are conveniently positioned in close proximity to large urban centers to ensure easy access. All of them are equipped with all necessary tools for installation and de-installation, maintenance and repair of all carried by equipment KIROV JSC. Our service engineers come from various technical backgrounds and are highly competent in a number of areas, starting with internal-combustion engines, hydraulics, low electrical technologies, electronics to compressors and many others.
